Ca' dei Ronchi was born on the Valpolicella hills between the towns of Negrar and Verona at the beginning of the new millennium by the will of Giorgio Campagnola and his family, as a result of a growing personal desire to produce high quality wines that would continue to satisfy and impress his own palate and his family members, the first and most severe customers.

The company owns and works on about five hectares of land which is particularly suitable for the cultivation of grape-vines, in a hilly area with full east-west sun exposure, using the veronese espalier and veronese pergola cultivation systems that bring the native grapes Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara to a limited production, but with exciting organoleptic characteristics, where the smell and taste characteristics of the territory appear to be praised, making the wine collection of Ca' dei Ronchi not only an example of excellent quality but it also gives a rare connection with the surrounding terroir.

The care that assiduously is reversed to the vineyards is carefully pursued with extreme detail to the cellar where long periods of aging, use of antique and traditional winemaking methods of Valpolicella, together with the latest technologies allow the production of wines such as Spargola Valpolicella Superiore, Ripasso Valpolicella and Amarone della Valpolicella, which represent examples of elegance and tradition.

The wines produced with craftsmanship and unique features reflect the passion and the search for excellence that Giorgio Campagnola has always wanted to give his creations.
