Cultivation System : Pergola veronese and Guyot Alcohol : 14% Harvest dates : Months of September and October
Character : Intense ruby red color, the typical Valpolicella scents are recognizable on the nose: red berry fruit and cherry. At the palate is soft, linear and with an excellent balance between alcoholic value and structure with a remarkable persistence.

Refinement : In oak barrels
Vinification : Crushing with a crusher and subsequent maceration in special stainless steel tanks. The wine is then transferred into oak barrels for aging and then into bottles.
